Recipe corrections. If a technique, ingredient, or regional detail in one of our recipes doesn't match how the dish is made in its home country, we genuinely want to know. Please include the recipe name and what should change — corrections from cooks who grew up with a dish are the most valuable feedback we receive.

Suggestions. Is your country's signature dish missing from our globe? Tell us what we should research and cook next.

Questions about a recipe. Stuck mid-cook or unsure about a substitution? Send us the recipe name and step and we'll do our best to help.

Privacy requests. For anything related to your data, see our privacy policy or email us with "Privacy" in the subject line.

Partnerships and press. For business enquiries, include "Business" in the subject line so we can route it quickly.
